Exam notes:
1. The examinee must attend the exam on time. Any late arrival will be regarded as abandonment of the exam.
2. The examinee must take the exam in person. The exam environment must be relatively closed, and other person in the camera should be avoided during the exam.
3. Do not use hands or other objects to cover face during the exam.
4. The exam must be completed by the examinee himself / herself, without the assistance of others.
5. No reference materials shall be consulted during the exam.
6. During the exam, the examinee is not allowed to leave the monitoring range. Any behavior of leaving the monitoring range of the examinee is regarded as cheating.
7. During the exam, the mobile phone must be turned off. During the exam, any sound of the mobile phone or any touch of the mobile phone of the examinee will be regarded as cheating.
8. During the exam, except electronic exam paper on the computer desktop, the computer desktop must be kept clean, otherwise it will be regarded as cheating.
Answer method: 2 minutes before the exam, the teaching secretary will send the electronic exam paper to the examinee’s Wechat. The examinee should open the electronic exam paper and write answers on a blank sheet of paper. After the signal of starting the exam is sent, the examinee can start to write answers. After the signal of stopping the exam is sent, the examinee should stop writing answers immediately. Within 3 minutes after the exam, the examinee is required to hold the autographed answer sheet to take photos. Each photo must have the autographed answer sheet, and the clear and recognizable face of the examinee, and the examinee should send the photos to the WeChat of the teaching secretary. Examinees who do not send the photos to the WeChat of the teaching secretary within 3 minutes are regarded as abandonment of the exam. Please prepare blank sheets of paper and pen before the exam. It’s better to use black pen and white paper. When taking photos, please make sure the photos are clear, otherwise the exam results will be affected.
