专家简介:王周敬,浙江财经大学信息管理与人工智能学院教授。主持完成国家自然科学基金面上项目三项、高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金项目一项、浙江省自然科学基金面上项目三项、福建省自然科学基金重点项目一项、福建省自然科学基金面上项目一项。以第一作者或且通讯作者在《European Journal of Operational Research》、《Journal of the Operational Research Society》、《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》、 《Information Sciences》、《Group Decision and Negotiation》《Fuzzy Sets and Systems》等知名期刊上发表学术论文八十余篇,入选爱思唯尔2019中国高被引学者(决策科学)、2020-2022中国高被引学者(管理科学与工程)。主要从事运筹与管理、多准则决策、群决策理论与方法、决策支持系统、工业工程与管理、知识管理与数据挖掘等领域的研究工作。

报告摘要:The framework of intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations (IFPRs) is an effective tool of representing pairwise preference order based large-scale group voting information. This study develops a novel intuitionistic fuzzy extension of Tanino’s additive consistency and proposes a formula to compute additive inconsistency indices of IFPRs. A new approach is brought forward to generate additively consistent IFPRs from vectors with intuitionistic fuzzy elements and a framework is put forward to normalize intuitionistic fuzzy vectors. Subsequently, a linear program is established to acquire an optimal and normalized intuitionistic fuzzy utility vector from any IFPR, and a closed-form solution based method is presented to obtain normalized intuitionistic fuzzy utility vectors from additively consistent IFPRs. An approach is proposed to tackle hierarchical multi-criteria decision making problems with pairwise preference order based large-scale group voting information. The reasonability and performance of the models developed are validated by a case study about outstanding teacher recommendation based on large-scale group votes on teaching satisfaction.
